Yes. Every color guest starts with a real consultation, either in the salon or over FaceTime. It is complimentary, and you leave with a plan for your hair before committing to anything.
Blonde work. Owner Sean Kennedy has placed Top 100 in the ONE SHOT Hair Awards three times, in Blondes and Platinum in 2025 and Brunettes in 2026. The salon also does dimensional brunettes, coppers, curls, cutting and smoothing treatments.
TRUSS Professional. Sean Kennedy is a brand ambassador and educator for TRUSS, and the salon carries their High Liss smoothing treatment, which is formaldehyde-free.
Every stylist at 80 West books at their own level and price point, so pricing depends on your hair and who you book with. Current starting prices for every service are listed in the online booking menu, and full highlighting and corrective color are quoted at your consultation.
Appointments with Sean Kennedy need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; appointments with all other stylists need 24 hours. Late changes and missed appointments may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Read the full policy.
Yes. The salon offers the TRUSS High Liss treatment in both Blond and Classic formulas. It is formaldehyde-free and reduces frizz and blow-dry time. Current pricing is in the online booking menu.
